If there is one thing I have learned, it is that the weight of leadership doesn’t clock out at 5:00 PM.

As a father of four, a local painting business owner, and someone who has spent two decades serving as both a full-time school teacher and a pastor, I know exactly what it feels like to carry a heavy load. Spending twenty years in pastoral ministry has given me a front-row seat to the silent struggles men face. I have sat with guys who are crushing it in their careers but feel completely disconnected at home. I know the tension of wanting to s쳮d in your business and your calling, while desperately wanting to be the strong father and husband your family needs when you walk through the front door.

For a lot of men—especially entrepreneurs and leaders—that tension can feel isolating. The drive to provide and s쳮d often goes to war with our desire to be present. My mission is to help men navigate that exact tension.

I don’t believe in offering empty theories. I believe in rolling up my sleeves. Whether I’m turning wrenches on my Kubota tractor, tackling a woodworking build in the shop, or running my businesses here in upstate New York, I’ve found that the best and most honest conversations happen shoulder-to-shoulder, working with our hands.
